Neuro Fit was conceived by Nikki Penny, a specialist neurological physiotherapist, with the belief that you can be fit and strong with a neurological condition.
Nikki went on to create the Neuro Fit programme, now delivered across three platforms — on demand classes, online virtual classes and in-person classes — and later created a course for therapists to learn about Neuro Fit.
